Biography


Lt-Col Richard Geoffrey Gordon Byron, was born on 3 November 1899, his father, Maj.Richard, was 29 and his mother, Mable, was 24. He married Margaret Mary Stueart on 8 June 1926 in South Stoneham, Hampshire. He then married Baroness (Dorigen Margaret Esdaile) Byron and they had one son together. He died on 15 June 1989 at the age of 89.
