Son of John Byron and Susan Amelia Graves Chiappini. .

Born in 1870, the thirty-third year of the reign of Queen Victoria, and died aged sixty-nine in the third year of the reign of King George VI  He has 26 direct descendants in the family.

Biography


Maj.Richard Byron was born on 19 February 1870 in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, his father, Maj., was 37 and his mother, Susan, was 36. He married Mable MacKenzie Winter on 18 November 1896. They had two children during their marriage. He died on 1 August 1939 at the age of 69, and was buried in Hawkinge, Kent.
