Biography


Barbara Lesley Guinness was born on 27 December 1929 in Auckland, her father, John, was 29, and her mother, Florence, was 24. She married Arthur Noel Skelton in 1946. They had three children during their marriage. She died on 13 July 2007 in Belmont, Auckland, at the age of 77, and was buried in North Shore, Auckland
