Biography


Winifred Murray was born on 4 January 1898 in West Bengal, India, her father, Lt,James Murray was 31, and her mother, Margaret Richardson, was 28. She married George Leonard Turney on 11 June 1924 in Reigate, Surrey. She died on 6 January 1942 in Ringmer, Little Heath Lane , Cobham, Surrey, England at the age of 44.
