Born in 1920, the tenth year of the reign of King George V, and died aged sixty-one in the twenty-ninth year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II  He has 4 direct descendants in the family.

Biography


Cdr Rodney John Rowley CUNDALL was born on July 27, 1920, in Devon, the child of John Rowley and Beatrice Mary. He was married in December 1942 in Gosport, Hampshire. Commander Rodney Cundall is the son of Rear-Admiral John Rowley Cundall. He married Rosemary Wakefield Horton, daughter of Capt Ivan Horton and Helen Dorothy Wakefield Willink, on 15 December 1942 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).
He gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.
