William Gerard Byron


Son of John Byron and Mary Richardson. .

Born in 1837, the year Queen Victoria took to the throne, and died aged forty-eight in the forty-eighth year of the reign of Queen Victoria

Biography


Colonel William Gerard Byron was born on 10 March 1837 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, his father, Rev, was 32 and his mother, Mary, was 26. He had one brother and four sisters. He died on 5 June 1885 at the age of 48, and was buried in Winchester, Hampshire.
