Born in 1868, the thirty-first year of the reign of Queen Victoria, and died aged thirty-two in the sixty-third year of the reign of Queen Victoria

Biography

Frederick Richardson was born on 19 August 1868 in Surbiton, Surrey, his father, Rowley Richardson, was 40 and his mother, Sarah Radcliffe, was 29. He had four brothers and seven sisters.
