John Stuart Streeter was born on 20 May 1920. He married Margaret Nancy Richardson in March 1956. An amputee because of WW2. He worked as a barrister and Recorder for Kent Quarter Sessions.

He died in December 1996 in Maidstone, Kent, at the age of 76.
