Biography


Maitland John Guinness was born in October 1931 in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, his father, Sidney O Guinness, was 46 and his mother, May, was 41. He had three brothers. He died on 9 September 1932 in his hometown within a year of his birth, and was buried in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty New Zealand.
