Susanah(Susan) Pengilley was born on 23 January 1787 in Exeter, Devon, her father, Thomas, was 31, and her mother, Ann Gooding, was 27.

She married William Osman on 14 December 1807 in Lambeth, Surrey. They had one child during their marriage. She died on 27 December 1863 in Teddington, Middlesex, having lived a long life of 76 years And is buried next to her sister Ann Richardson & Brother in law Charles Richardson of Teddington, Surrey England.
