Biography


Margaret Ethel Goodwin was born on 11 April 1911 in New Zealand, her father, John, was 55, and her mother, Mary, was 44. She married Edwin Rowland Guinness on 10 August 1932 in her hometown. They had two children during their marriage. She died on 9 March 1954 in Timaru, Canterbury, at the age of 42, and was buried there.
