Betty Helen Campbell was the daughter
Raymond Sidney Campbell (1900–1974) and Mary Clementina Duncan (1895–1950) She had two sons with Norman John Philcox. While married to John she was known as Betty but after the divorce, she moved first to the UK, then SA, and finally to Australia, and once she left NZ, wanted to clean break after the divorce and wanted to be known as Helen
