Audrey Margaret Tomlinson was born on 14 April 1910 in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, her father, Ernest, was 39, and her mother, Adeline, was 34. She had one brother and one sister. She died a spinster ,in December 2002 in Surrey at the age of 92.
